I am a qualified coach through Henley Business School and a trained mentor through the NHS.

I offer pro bono coaching and mentoring to a small number of NHS clients through the NHS South East Leadership Academy.

I have a special interest in introverted leaders and co-published a toolkit: www.introvertedleaders.co.uk.

I can use Myers-Briggs and Emotional Behaviours at Work tools.
​
I gained a certificate in ADHD coaching in 2011. I will be undertaking an executive function coaching course through Connections in Mind, starting January 2025.

​I will coach or mentor individuals from any background or geography by video call at a charge of £50 per hour with immediate payment. Additional costs apply for face to face or block payment.
